The houses are delivered without wall- and floor finishes. The walls are ready for wallpaper. They are plaster or concrete. Keep in mind that before painting you need to apply wallpaper or stucco.

The floor is still bare concrete. It's up to you to lay a nice floor. Are you going to lay laminate? Then it is mandatory to lay an underlay of at least 10DB.
