We are currently busy implementing new computer software in our organization. Unfortunately, these activities are often accompanied by small problems.

 

You may have paid the rent for the month of June 2022 when you signed your new lease. Unfortunately, we have again debited this amount from their bank account with a number of new residents. If this is the case with you, we offer our apologies.

 

What to do?

If this is indeed the case, the easiest way is to instruct your bank to transfer this amount back to your account. This is called cancellation. You don't have to give a reason for this.

Of course, we always refund overpaid rent to you.
