We have done our best to deliver your home to you technically in order. It is possible that something is missing or defective in your home. In that case you can report this to us via our website. For now this page is only available in Dutch, but we will update it to English as soon as possible.

Before you make a report, always check the complex page first to see if there is no instruction or answer to your question.

We will forward the report to contractor Van Wijnen and they will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the complaint. Van Wijnen will remain on site for a while to resolve all delivery complaints.

For questions or repair requests you can also visit our caretakers Laurine and Eddy. They are present at the complex every weekday from 8.30 am to 12 noon.
