Immediately after signing the rental contract online, you make a first payment to Lieven de Key via iDeal.

You then pay:

• The rent for the period from the date you receive the key to the end of the month;
• Administration costs of €41;
• Is your rental commencement after the 20th of the month? Then you also immediately pay the rent for the following month.

If Lieven de Keyy does not receive a first payment, you will not receive a key from us. A guarantee is not accepted.
