138 independent studios will be built on Lieven 8D. 68 studios are offered to students via Studentenwoningweb. These studios are for students who follow a full-time day course/study in the Amsterdam region. 55 studios are offered to starters via Woningnet. 10 homes are offered to people with social support and 5 homes are reserved for people working in emergency services.
