Household garbage
You can deposit your garbage in the underground containers next to the building. If you want to sort plastic, glass, paper etc. you can find several containers throughout the city. Have a look at the city's website for more information.

Bulky waste
Bulky waste includes materials of items too large for household waste, such as electrical goods, appliances, furniture and garden cuttings. 

Every Tuesday the pickup services collects the bulky waste. This is what you need to know when you place your bulky waste on the street:

• Put your waste outside no earlier than 21:00 on Monday. It will be collected after 7:30 on Tuesday.
• Place your bulky waste on the special paving stones marked grofvuil.
• Some areas do not have these paving stones. In that case, leave your bulky waste where the waste collection vehicles can easily reach it.
