Due to the gas-free nature of the building, a 150-litre heat pump boiler is used. You share this with one neighbor.

A lot of water can be heated in the boiler, but when it is empty it also takes a while before the boiler is filled and heated up again. Therefore, be conscious of the hot water. A few tips:

• Limit the time of your hot showers.
• Discuss a shower time with your immediate neighbor.
• Don't just leave the tap running.
• Do the dishes at a time when you are not showering.

It is estimated that if two residents shower at the same time from the same boiler, both people can shower for about 10 minutes. When the boiler is empty, the boiler has a heating time of about 10 hours.

The two-room apartments have their own 100 liter boiler at their disposal. If this boiler is empty, the boiler has a heating time of 6.5 hours.
