In addition to the communal garden, most homes have no private outdoor space. Some of the houses have their own lawn, balcony or small terrace.

The communal courtyard garden will be decorated in autumn, with seating areas and vegetable gardens for residents!

There are a number of communal balconies at the front of the building. They can be used by everyone, provided you do not cause any nuisance to the neighbours.
