De Key has drawn up a few house rules to make sure everyone has a nice time. The most important rules are written down below. The other rules can be found here.
Smoking
You are allowed to smoke inside the building. Never forget the fire safety.
Drilling
You are not allowed to drill into the floor. This because of the underfloor heating.
Noise
The quiet hours are between 10.00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m. This means no loud music and loud conversations. When you have guests, leaving during this above mentioned timeframe, ask them to leave quietly.
Pets
You are not allowed to have any pets.
Painting and wallpapering
You may paint and wallpaper the walls of your own residance.
