De Key has drawn up a few house rules to make sure everyone has a nice stay. The most important rules are written down below. The other rules can be found here.
Smoking
You are allowed to smoke inside the building. Never forget the fire safety.
Noise
The quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. This means no loud music and loud conversations. If you have guests leaving during this time period ask them to leave quietly.
Pets
You are not allowed to have any pets.
Painting and wallpapering
You may paint and wallpaper the walls of your own residance.
