You will receive your keys from the caretaker at your new address. De Key will inform you about this once you have signed the contract.
You receive 2 sets of keys one of them is a spare set. Give these spare keys to someone who lives nearby. If you forget your keys of you lose one, you can pick up the spare keys easily.
If you lose the entrance key to the building, you can get a new one from the caretaker. The costs for this are € 75,-.
You are responsible for the keys to your room door. Lieven De Key has no spare keys for your home.
